These are the stats from the Real Estate Board of Fraser Valley, for the big homes for resale, with more than 3800 sq ft+ and more than 4+ bedrooms in North Delta. The graph shows the change in median sales price of such homes in last 1 year. Of course, the big jump is not a very good idea to calculate the price for your property. It's probably because of some luxury property sold for that price during that time, but a general idea of current market scenario could still be made from the graph . You may be sitting on a Jackpot, it's just, when you realize it.
